This second edition of the first three books in the Eye of the Ocean series was a long time coming. I thought I’d moved on but found myself returning over and over to the fictional universe I’d created. Something about the story of Ulanda and Garm wouldn’t let me go.
After long hiatus, writing the fourth book got me moving again with the original three-book series. I decided on a complete re-edit, and in some places, a re-write, a longer but ultimately more rewarding process. The individual book names also changed, although the series name has stayed the same.
The first three books are a linear story with some bouncing around between realities and backstory but with the same main set of characters. The fourth book frames the original trilogy from the point of view of two new characters and adds even more depth.
